These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Planzaa website,mobile application, and all related services.
By accessing or using Planzaa, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,please do not use our platform.
1. About Planzaa
Planzaa is a technology-enabled platform that helps customers plan and design their homes by connecting them with verified architects, designers, surveyors, and related professionals.
Planzaa actively manages and coordinates the design process by defining scope, facilitating communication, tracking progress, and assisting in issue resolution to help ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for customers.
Planzaa does not undertake physical construction or on-site execution.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Planzaa.
By using the platform, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
Planzaa reserves the right to restrict access if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Account Registration & Use
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- - Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- - Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- - Accept responsibility for all activities carried out under your account
Planzaa may suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Project Information & Pricing
Pricing displayed on Planzaa is based on the information you provide, such as plot size,number of floors, services selected, and location.
These prices are estimates and are intended to give transparency before selecting a service provider.
Changes to project scope, incorrect inputs, or additional requirements may result in revised pricing.
Planzaa ensures that pricing logic and package inclusions are clearly communicated before booking.
5. Designers, Surveyors & Service Coordination
Designers, architects, and surveyors available on Planzaa are independent professionals.However, Planzaa plays an active role in managing and coordinating the service experience between customers and service providers.
Planzaa’s role includes, but is not limited to:
- - Verifying professionals before onboarding them on the platform
- - Structuring standardized service packages with defined deliverables
- - Facilitating communication between customers and service providers
- - Monitoring project milestones and timelines
- - Assisting in issue resolution, clarifications, and revisions as per package terms
While Planzaa works closely with service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery, the final design output is created by the selected professional based on customer inputs,approvals, and requirements.
In case of concerns related to quality, delays, or deliverables, customers must raise the issue through Planzaa’s support channels. Planzaa will actively intervene to coordinate a fair and timely resolution.
Planzaa does not provide construction services and is not responsible for on-site execution,construction quality, structural safety during building, or third-party implementation beyond the scope of design and planning services.
6. Payments
Payments on Planzaa are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Planzaa does not store card, banking, or UPI details.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
Planzaa reserves the right to:
- - Modify pricing or packages
- - Introduce platform or convenience fees
- - Offer discounts or promotional pricing
All applicable charges are shown clearly before payment.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Revisions
Cancellations, refunds, and revisions are governed by Planzaa’s Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Please review that policy carefully before making a payment.
8. User Responsibilities
By using Planzaa, you agree to:
- - Provide accurate project requirements and timely approvals
- - Communicate respectfully with service providers and support staff
- - Use the platform only for lawful purposes
You agree not to:
- - Misuse the platform or attempt to bypass platform processes
- - Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- - Upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including logos, UI design, software, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Planzaa.
Designs delivered as part of your project may be used for personal construction purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- - Planzaa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- - Planzaa is not responsible for construction execution or site-level outcomes
- - Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service
11. Suspension & Termination
Planzaa may suspend or terminate access:
- - If these Terms are violated
- - If required by law
- - In cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse
Termination does not affect obligations already incurred.
12. Privacy
Your use of Planzaa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
14. Changes to Terms
Planzaa may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the platform with a revised date.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
