Architect Onboarding Terms

These terms govern the relationship between Planzaa ("Platform") and the Architect / Design Partner ("Partner").

By onboarding with Planzaa, the Partner agrees to the following:

1. Scope of Engagement

Planzaa acts as a client acquisition, coordination, and payment facilitation platform.

The Partner is engaged to provide architectural and design services directly to customers assigned by Planzaa.

Planzaa does not guarantee a fixed number of projects.

2. Nature of Work

The Partner agrees to deliver design services strictly as per:

• - The defined project scope
• - Agreed deliverables
• - Agreed timelines

The Partner is responsible only for design deliverables, not construction execution, unless separately agreed.

3. Platform Fee

Planzaa charges a platform facilitation fee for each confirmed project.

Platform Fee Structure:

• - ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 projects: 35%
• - ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 projects: 30%
• - ₹30,000 and above: 25%

The platform fee covers:

• - Marketing & client acquisition
• - Sales coordination
• - Payment collection
• - Customer communication support

4. Payment Flow

All customer payments are collected by Planzaa.

Planzaa deducts the applicable platform fee.

The remaining amount is released to the Partner as per the agreed milestone schedule.

Payments are typically released within 3–5 working days after milestone approval.

5. Exclusivity & Bypass

Partners must not bypass Planzaa by:

• - Directly accepting payments from Planzaa-introduced clients
• - Offering parallel pricing outside the platform
• - Encouraging clients to cancel or move off-platform

Any bypass may result in:

• - Immediate removal from the platform/li>
• - Withholding of pending payments
• - Permanent account termination

6. Communication Protocol

All official communication with clients must happen via Planzaa-approved channels.

The Partner must respond to client queries within reasonable timelines.

Professional conduct is mandatory at all times.

7. Revisions & Deliverables

The Partner agrees to provide the number of revisions included in the package.

Any additional work outside scope must be approved by Planzaa before execution.

Unauthorized scope expansion will not be compensated.

8. Quality & Compliance

The Partner must ensure:

• - Accurate, build-ready drawings
• - Compliance with local norms where applicable
• - No plagiarism or copied designs

Repeated quality issues may lead to suspension or removal.

9. Refunds & Disputes

Refund decisions are managed by Planzaa.

If a refund is issued due to Partner negligence, Planzaa reserves the right to recover the amount from the Partner's payout.

Genuine client dissatisfaction will be handled fairly by both parties.

10. Independent Contractor Status

The Partner is an independent professional, not an employee of Planzaa.

The Partner is responsible for:

• - Taxes
• - Professional registrations
• - Legal compliance related to their services

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the association with written notice.

Planzaa may suspend or terminate immediately in case of:

• - Client bypass
• - Misconduct
• - Repeated delays
• - Quality issues

12. Confidentiality

All client data, pricing, and platform processes must be treated as confidential and not shared outside the platform.

13. Amendments

Planzaa reserves the right to update these terms with prior notice.

Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

Acceptance

By onboarding with Planzaa, the Partner confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
